Your questions answered…
How to I get started?
Either complete the ‘Start Now’ form or contact us directly if you’d prefer.
Once the invoice has been paid within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends), your new web space will be created and WordPress and the Divi theme installed, we’ll then email the link to your new site and login instructions.
You’ll also get access to the online resources so you can start working on your site straight away.
Help I'm stuck, what do I do?
If you’re stuck then contact me and if it’s a simple fix or a bit of advice then I’ll be glad to help you at no charge.
If your problem more involved or will take me some time to solve then you have access to me at a discounted hourly rate.
What if I want or need to cancel?
After you’ve had your site with us for 6 months or more, you’re free to move it to another host. However, you will need to take over the licensing + the management of the backups & updates.
If you’d like to cancel and delete your website altogether, then let us know and we’ll discuss your options.
